Elle is a talented and compassionate litigator with experience in both federal and state court. She brings a broad range of experience, litigation capabilities, and legal knowledge to her cases.
Elle was born and raised in central Massachusetts and obtained her undergraduate degree at Mount Holyoke College. After receiving her degree, she spent two years as a paralegal, solidifying her desire to help those around her through effective and caring legal services. Elle went on to attend the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of the International Law and Business Journal and the Vice President of the nation’s first Pro Bono Department. Upon her graduation in 2014, Elle moved to Alaska, where she became a member of the Air Force Reserves.
After returning from her initial military training, Elle spent a year as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Anchorage Superior Court working for a Criminal Law Judge. Upon completing her clerkship, Elle spent time as an Assistant Public Advocate, representing families who were under investigation by the Office of Children’s Services and ensuring that families rights were protected and assisting with the reunification of children to their parents. Elle has spent her time since then in both private practice and government employment, working in various areas of civil litigation. She has simultaneously continued to serve in the United States Air Force Reserves and Air National Guard as a Judge Advocate.
In 2023, Elle moved to Richmond, Virginia to serve as a Federal Law Clerk in the Eastern District of Virginia. She joined Carlson Law Group in 2025 and works remote from Richmond, Virginia, where she lives with her daughter and their one giant dog.
