Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Aurora University in Illinois. After working as a paralegal handling family, criminal, and real estate matters, she left Illinois to attend law school at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law.
During law school, Jessica was a Note Editor for the Arizona Journal of Environmental Law & Policy, participated in the Innocence Project Clinic, and interned at the Pima County Legal Defender’s Office.
Jessica earned her Juris Doctor in 2022 and joined the Pima County Legal Defender’s Office in Tucson, Arizona as an attorney that same year. As an Assistant Legal Defender, her practice focused on all aspects of felony criminal defense from arraignment to trial.
After moving to Alaska to support her husband’s military career in 2024, Jessica joined Carlson Law Group. She understands that facing legal challenges can be overwhelming. Her goal is always to provide her clients with individualized support while working tirelessly to reach a favorable outcome.
Jessica lives in Anchorage with her husband and their pets, a dog and cat. When she is not at work, she can be found reading, baking, and enjoying the outdoors.
