Paralegal
tasha@bcarlsonlaw.com
Tasha is a lifelong Alaskan and fierce legal advocate with over five years of experience in family law in Alaska. She gained a BA in Human Services from Southern New Hampshire University and is going forward in her master’s program. Her passion is for a whole-person approach to advocacy for clients in the most difficult moments of their lives.
In addition to her experience working for a private law office in Anchorage that focused primarily on family law, she has been a crisis line advocate for victims of sexual assault and gained a certification in adult mental health first aid. Her goal is to understand the client’s situation with a trauma-informed approach and deliver the most equitable outcome. Before her time working in legal and advocacy roles, she worked with at-risk youth in education and was in the field of business management for over 10 years. During this time, she learned the importance of fostering positive interpersonal relationships and working with people to meet their needs and pull their biggest strengths forward. Natasha lives in Valdez, Alaska with her partner, pets, and a lot of snow, and she is eager to fulfill this role for you and gain more experience in all areas of law.
