Rachel is a retired Librarian with her Master’s in Library Science from Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas, and a Bachelor of the Arts Degree from Pittsburg State University from Pittsburg, Kansas.
Rachel has over 15 years of experience in customer service from her role as a librarian for the public. In her most recent role as a collection development librarian, she used her intuition and education to manage Loussac Library’s collection. Her specialty is connecting with people through literature.
At Carlson Law Group, Rachel is the first point of contact for prospective clients, opposing counsels, and other court personnel. She provides attorneys with detailed intake notes while performing a wide range of administrative tasks.
Rachel is also a published writer with stories and essays in various publications and webzines.
In her free time, Rachel hones her knitting skills and spends time with her friends and her three cats, Diamond, Pepper, and Eowyn.
